Min says oil mkt balanced in supply, demand, not price

MOSCOW, Oct 4 (PRIME) -- The global oil market is balanced from the point of view of supply and demand but not price, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said at the Russian Energy Week on Thursday.

“From my point of view, prices now include a high level of unpredictability and risks, and in this sense the market is not really balanced from the point of view of price formation based on fundamentals,” Novak said.
